Refund/Returns Policy for Zero Zero Fun
At Zero Zero Fun, we want to ensure a smooth experience for our participants. By signing up for our events, you agree to adhere to this refund and returns policy. Please review the policy below:
Refunds:
All entries are refundable, minus a $20 administrative fee and any applicable technology fees, if the withdraw and request for a refund is made 30 days or more prior to the event.
Withdraws made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 2-4 weeks to complete.
Substitutions:
Substitutions may be made ONLY if the substitute player is of an appropriate skill level for the event; players cannot compete "down" a level.
Please notify us as soon as possible at support@zerozerofun.com if you need a substitution to minimize disruption to other players. Substitutions may not be made in the two hours before an event begins (or anytime after that).
No refunds will be given if an appropriate substitution cannot be made.
Withdrawal Notification:
Players must notify our team at support@zerozerofun.com in writing if they will withdraw from an event at least a day prior.
Our company reserves the right to ban players from future events who do not properly withdraw, in order to minimize negative impacts on other participants.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
Playing outdoors carries inherent risks, including the possibility of weather-related cancellations. We cannot control the weather and will not issue refunds in such cases.
If weather conditions necessitate a cancellation, we will do our best to modify the event schedule to accommodate signed-up players.
Behavior Policy:
All participants are expected to be good sports and follow the rules of the event. If you are removed from an event for disruptive or unsportsmanlike behavior, you will not receive a refund.
Contest of Policy:
If a player contests this policy—especially in a rude manner or through legal processes such as chargebacks—we reserve the right to ban them from future events and tournaments.
